Agreement and Acceptance

By accessing our creator portal, you agree to comply with this Terms of Service agreement. If you do not accept these rules, you should not register or submit files. This forms a legally binding contract between you and Sonixa Music And Entertainment LLP.

Scope of Services

We provide digital publishing utility services, including:

• Uploading music to third-party streaming stores (DSPs).
• Automated claim tracking via YouTube CMS and Content ID tools.
• YouTube Official Artist Channel note verification requests.
• Digital copy protection scanning.
• Royalty reporting and weekly payment distributions.
• Enterprise metadata catalog management for label accounts.

User Account Eligibility

To establish and maintain an active account, you agree to:

• Supply correct name, phone details, and address during setup.
• Be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental authorization).
• Keep your portal password and access credentials secure.
• Report any unauthorized logins to support immediately.
• Accept liability for files submitted and transactions processed under your credentials.

Content Ownership and Warranties

For every release you submit to our portal, you guarantee that:

• You own the master rights or possess verified license agreements for the lyrics and audio.
• The files do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or third-party assets.
• You have legal authority to clear the tracks for global digital publishing.
• You will not submit unlicensed covers, karaoke, or bootleg mixes.

You maintain 100% ownership of your masters. We act strictly as your delivery and claims collection facilitator.

Payments and Fee Policies

Our financial transactions comply with standard billing rules:

• Subscription service packages are billed annually.
• Subscriptions are subject to a 7-day cancellation window (see Refund Policy).
• Earned royalties are distributed weekly for account balances above ₹100.
• Secure payment options include UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and PayPal.
• Non-payment or billing failures may lead to suspension of active releases.

Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Contains hate speech, violence, or explicit content
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Promotes illegal activities or discrimination
• Contains false or misleading information
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but:

• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• Third-party platform policies may affect distribution
• We are not liable for delays caused by DSP partners
• Service levels may vary based on subscription tier

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted under law, Sonixa shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, secondary, or consequential losses of any nature.
• Loss of hypothetical streaming profits, data corruption, or store removal events.
• Takedown actions or policy updates executed by third-party stores (DSP).
• Rejections of releases due to metadata non-compliance.
• Platform downtime beyond our immediate administrative control.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these terms or any applicable laws
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• You provide false or misleading information
• You request termination of your account

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Terms of Service agreement and all operations shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions, claims, or disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Modifications to Agreement

We reserve the right to update or amend this Terms of Service at any time. Modifications become effective immediately upon being posted to this URL. Using our services after updates signifies agreement to the changes.
